Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All apparel is custom made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on country and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Incorrect / Insufficient Address

  • If an incorrect address is provided, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We’ll assist with reprinting and reshipping if necessary.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
